Structured around the appreciative inquiry model, RLI will be a one of its kind programme that will enable participants to discover, dream, design and develop their own enterprises, even as they are working with the founders towards accelerating existing enterprises.

The participants will be guided through a self-directed learning process

  • E-learning modules that can be completed at the participants pace and interest
  • Placement with enterprises that are aligned to the participants interest and skills.
  • Pairing with mentors who are aligned to the participants interests, skills and passion

The unique practice-oriented programme will help participants identify and follow their own path, within the framework of enterprise development.
