Integrated & competency-based Combines strong conceptual grounding in livelihoods, gender, enterprise and systems thinking with deep field immersion, progressively nurturing participants from foundational learning to advanced application, leadership and systems-level impact.

Project-driven. Minimal academic content; learning from field situations in schools or districts.

Placement-centric. Learning occurs mainly through organizational exposure; structured curriculum limited.

Syllabus-bound. Predetermined academic content; less contextual or applied.

pathways Fellowship Pathways

Three clear pathways —
Seeds (13 months), Sprouts (24 months) and Trees (15 Months) — with progression from practitioner to leader.

One pathway – classroom teaching or education leadership placement.

Fellowship tenure with single track of field work and reflection.

Single academic track, no progressive pathway.

guidance Mentorship & Guidance

Multi-layered mentoring and structured guidance through faculty, enterprise mentors, community guides and peer circles, enabling personal transformation, professional excellence and leadership development.

Supervisor model. Limited to field mentors or school principals.

Program mentor model. Periodic check-ins, not continuous.

Faculty-centrc. Academic supervision, minimal mentoring beyond class.

Women-first impact model. Every project directly improves women’s income, agency, or access to enterprise systems.

₹30K–₹40K/month (early) and ₹70K–₹100K/month (advanced) , with accommodation and performance-based incentives.
