Fees once paid is non-refundable. However, if anyone is not satisfied with the service he may contact us at tiimarketing@alcindia.org with the valid reason(s). If the request is accepted (to discontinue the service) by Access Livelihoods, then the amount (as decided by Access Livelihoods) will be credited back to the respective bank account in 20-25 working days.
