RLI Sprouts | Entrepreneurs - 24 Months

Postgraduate Diploma Fellowship

Bridging Critical Gaps in Education

The program addresses two key gaps in Indian education today—Experiential Learning and Personal Transformation—both essential for building resilient, impact-driven livelihoods programs and enterprises

Experiential Learning Gap

Traditional education rarely builds the entrepreneurial capability, systems thinking, and on-ground problem-solving skills needed to navigate real-world complexity. As a result, many graduates struggle to convert ideas into viable enterprises or scale solutions for meaningful impact.

Personal Transformation Gap

Many aspiring changemakers lack the self-awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity of purpose required to sustain long-term engagement. Without inner grounding, building enterprises that create both impact and personal fulfilment becomes difficult.

Turn ideas into action.

Build your Future.

RLI Sprouts was essential for Phebe Sajja, a former speech therapist and lecturer who aspired to launch an inclusive educational program. Lacking a background in management, accounts and HR, the program equipped her with the organizational skills needed to successfully design her future venture. Her current placement in a relevant practicum provides her with the critical, hands-on experience and confidence to build her inclusive educational organization.

RLI Sprouts, offered Dharmesh Moleshri, an Economics graduate, a unique and holistic transition from education to his career. He valued the fellowship’s focus on holistic development through structured courses that nurtured intellect, emotional well-being, and physical health. The 18-month practicum was a key benefit, giving him the unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of Access Livelihoods' marketing service and directly contribute to the setting up of the entire new organization. This exposure was exactly what he was seeking and provided an opportunity he felt he wouldn't have found elsewhere.
