Sprouts Program (24 months)

The Postgraduate Diploma in System Design

The course addresses two of the critical gaps in Indian education today – Experiential Learning and Personal Transformation.

Experiential Learning Gap

Traditional education rarely cultivates entrepreneurial skills, problem-solving abilities or the confidence to take risks. As a result, many graduates struggle to translate ideas into viable enterprises or transform challenges into opportunities for real-world impact.

Personal Transformation Gap

Many aspiring entrepreneurs lack the self-awareness, resilience, and sense of purpose required to find meaning, joy, and balance while building enterprises that create lasting impact.

Turn ideas into action.

Build your Future.

The Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP), now known as the Sprouts Program under the Transforming India Initiative, was essential for Phebe Sajja, a former speech therapist and lecturer who aspired to launch an inclusive educational program. Lacking a background in management, accounts, and HR, the program equipped her with the organizational skills needed to successfully design her future venture. Her current placement in a relevant practicum provides her with the critical, hands-on experience and confidence to build her inclusive educational organization.

The Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP), now known as the Sprouts Program, offered Dharmesh Moleshri, an Economics graduate, a unique and holistic transition from education to his career. He valued the program's focus on holistic development through structured courses that nurtured intellect, emotional well-being, and physical health. The 18-month practicum was a key benefit, giving him the unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of Access Livelihoods' marketing service and directly contribute to the setting up of the entire new organization. This exposure was exactly what he was seeking and provided an opportunity he felt he wouldn't have found elsewhere.
