Postgraduate Certificate Fellowship

Bridging the Gaps in Indian Education

Our program addresses two critical gaps that hold back today’s graduates: experiential learning and personal transformation.

Experiential Learning Gap

Most academic programs focus heavily on theory, with limited opportunities for real-world application. This gap leaves many graduates underprepared for the demands of the workplace.

Personal Transformation Gap

While education emphasizes external knowledge, it often overlooks the inner development of learners—their sense of purpose, joy, and meaning at work-thereby limiting their overall growth and impact.

Solve a real-world problem.

Rewrite your future.

Testimonials

The RLI Seeds pathway was an invaluable experience for Rishita Sharma, enabling her to transition her theoretical business administration skills into practical, ground-level expertise. She is now successfully placed at Akshayakalpa Organic in Bangalore, where her role in marketing and branding—specifically content writing—allows her to promote the organization's mission, thereby empowering farmers and advocating for sustainable, nutritional food practices. This placement is a direct result of the RRE Fellowship, which polished her business management abilities and gave her the necessary exposure in the social sector.

Don Anthony Sebastian with the entrepreneurial focus and skills he sought outside of the corporate sector. Following an intensive training that shifted his perspective toward the 'why' of development work, he was placed at ACCORD, an organization dedicated to tribal communities. His current role involves creating value addition and go-to-market strategies for a new producer company, allowing him to gain hands-on experience in social sector enterprises.

The RLI Seeds pathway helped Pankaj Mahajan to channel his passion for livelihoods and gain essential practical skills after completing his master's degree. The 13-month program provided intensive academic learning alongside a crucial practicum, offering mentorship and hands-on experience that addressed his lack of professional experience. Through working on projects, his role involved engaging directly with ground-level enterprises, solving their business challenges, and managing various stakeholders, which significantly helped him update his skill set for the development sector.
