Trees is a field-embedded leadership fellowship designed for professionals who want to move beyond program execution to building organisations and systems that drive sustainable livelihoods and long-term impact in the social sector.
The fellowship combines 3 months of immersive learning with a 12-month practicum, enabling participants to bridge critical skill gaps, strengthen systems and drive sustained impact with organizations and community institutions.
Participants will work closely with grassroots institutions, women’s collectives and enterprises, applying what they learn to strengthen strategy, systems and day-to-day functioning, while contributing to meaningful, long-term impact.
Professionals with 6 - 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the social sector, with experience in managing teams, handling projects and contributing to proposals are eligible.
