From TII to RLI: Taking the Challenge Head-On

Over the last 20 years, Access Livelihoods has worked with women farmers, weavers, tribal producers, and migrants to create pathways of dignity and prosperity. From 2016 to 2025, the Transforming India Initiative (TII) nurtured young changemakers through entrepreneurship and enterprise leadership.

But our journey revealed a deeper truth: the livelihood crisis is vast and complex, and women remain the most vulnerable, with the fewest opportunities for dignified work. This reflection gave rise to Reimagine Livelihoods for India (RLI) — a renewed mission that takes this challenge head-on, preparing youth to co-create enterprises and systems that put women’s dignity at the center of change.
